Returns
Everything listed on our site is brand new. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Otherwise, additional charges may be applied. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
Here is the restocking fee schedule which applies to all items on Timelesselements.com:
1. 5% restocking fee on orders less than $100 for returns from the lower 48 contiguous states.
2. 10% restocking fee on orders greater than $100 for returns from the lower 48 contiguous states.
3. 15% restocking fee for returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other
international countries.
4. 20% Restock fee on all Rug orders.
*Customer is responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions.
**Due to free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Because of our warehouse growth capacity, we currently have distribution centers throughout the country. Please email us first and the customer can send the applicable product back to that warehouse.
Please follow these instructions to return or exchange an item:
1. Please fill out the form from our Contact Page with your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your contact information or you can email us with the same information at info@timelesselements.com
2. We will respond with instructions as to how to return the item.
3. No returns will be accepted without authorization number. Please email us to obtain an authorization number. Unauthorized disposed goods will not be refunded.
4. Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address required by our return's department. Returns made to the ship from or any other address will not be accepted.
*Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Damages and Claims
If Shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground
It is very important to email us with the information for the damaged merchandise:
Please DO NOT file the claim yourself with the carrier, but email us at info@timelesselements.com with your:
1. Invoice #
2. Product name/descriptions of damage (email us images of the damages for quicker turnaround)
3. Your name/contact #
Hold on to the damaged item and its original packaging because in some cases, our shipping carrier might send someone out to inspect the damage.
If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove
- Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
- If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.
