This deal became a bit odd when the delivery was delayed and then it showed up with the bow broken in half. The box it was sent in was not strong enough. The seller was very understanding, gracious even, and gave me a full refund. So it is all good (bow pieces were made into a "magic wand).

Item was as described. And arrived safely although packaging was barely adequate for a small fragile item. For the shipping cost charged it could have been sent in a small box instead of just a padded mailing envelope.

It was wrapped and in a small box and the small box was inside of a padded mailing envelope. I use the special brightly colored envelops that I pay extra for to insure they don't get lost. Small boxes often can get lost. The shipping cost charged is determined by USPS and Ebay, not by me. So glad it arrived safely !
