Merchandise may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Notification by customer must be made to our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery in order to receive credit for any product error, damage or loss occurring in transit. Goods must be returned in original, sealed package with a copy of the original invoice and be suitable for immediate resale. All items must be in their original packaging with appropriate paperwork enclosed. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee and the shipping costs.
Tina’s Homecare will not accept returns or exchanges unless authorized by a Tina’s Homecare representative. Returned packages must have a RMA number for us to accept it. Please call our customer service department toll free at 1-866-688-8462 to receive a return authorization number. All unauthorized returns without a RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the product is broken or defective.
