Shipping & Handling-
S&H is never over $5.00 and usually less. We are not here to make money off of shipping, only cover the costs. Your order will be shipped the next business day after we receive payment in full. Sometimes we can get your order out the same day!Shipping is via the US Post Office and is generally 2-4 days for delivery. Overnight is optional for an extra charge which is specified for each item. We package our items carefully to ensure you receive them in the same beautiful condition as they left us in!

Returns-
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted if we are contacted right away and item(s) is returned with tags in original packaging with in 7 days. Store credit (minus S&H charges) will be given. Please contact us right away with concern/questions.

Insurance-
Insurance is available as an option in your checkout. Once the merchandise leaves us we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred while shipping. We package our products well to prevent this from happening.

Monthly Specials-
Each month we offer a special. Those specials are specified in our eBay store and are good on eBay orders only for in stock items, not for special orders. Those specials are valid from the first day of given month to the last day of given month. Sometimes we do not get them changed right on time!
When ordering sometimes we have to change your total to reflect that monthly special, please do not pay right away... request your total from us. Once you've paid, we cannot change it and are therefore unable to extend the special to you.
