Great communication and I was especially able to choose the delivery company. The watch looks better than I expected and it was carefully packaged. Box and documents look like new. The only thing that spoiled the experience was the postal services and the fact that I had to pay the import TVA twice and ask for a refund... However I can only but recommend.
