| A:All orders are sent packed flat inside a slim, A4-sized cardboard box and marked 'Do Not Bend'. The box is also reinforced with a sheet of craft board to prevent it from getting bent in transit. The Chirashi inside are sealed in a polypropylene comic bag. Please check our feedback for customer comments on our packaging. |
| Q:I'm worried about having my order shipped by Standard Airmail. Are there any alternatives? |

| A:We can upgrade shipping to Express Mail Service (EMS) at extra cost. EMS packages are insured, arrive within seven days, require a signature on receipt and can be tracked on the Web in English. Shipping costs, however, are calculated by weight and can become quite expensive. Please contact us for a quote prior to making any payment. |

| A:All our Chirashi are original printings, as distributed in Japanese Movie Theaters. We do not sell reprints or copies of any kind. |
| Q:Are the Chirashi limited editions? |
|
| A:The Chirashi are limited in the sense that they are only available in theaters just prior to and during the run of a film, which is why they tend to increase in value over time. However they are usually printed in very large quantities. |
| Q:What does 're-release' after the movie's title mean? |
|
| A:Chirashi marked 're-release' are distributed to promote theatrical re-runs or one-off screenings of old movies. We add the year of the re-release to the listing whenever it is known. |

| A:That's right, all orders now ship with a FREE extra flyer! Some conditions apply: 1) Our stock of free flyers is completely separate from our eBay listings. 2) Sorry, but we can't take requests.
