All Bids and Sales are considered final, so please read item auction and store page instructions carefully, or email questions to Tommy Marine before you bid or buy. Preferred communications is through use of item page eBay contact links, or click here and use the "Contact Member" link at top of our feed back profile page. All communications must be in agreement with eBay rules. We know it is possible a legitimate problem or mistake could arise, and our cancellation, refund, return & exchange policies will be utilized for such an event.
Misprints - Every effort is made to provide buyers with accurate information, but misprints, changing conditions in the market place and other reasons cause us to reserve the right to make any needed changes, to include but not be limited to store content, product specs or pricing at any time without notice. |

Fees - Our listed flat rate ship fee ensures careful packing, handling and insurance from loss or damage during the carrier shipping process, so buyer purchase is always protected to be in factory condition upon arrival. We cannot negotiate flat shipping fees and do reserve the right to limit shipment quantities, and charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders, based on weight and size. All buyers are responsible for the correct selection of shipping method. Unless it is our error, we cannot make refunds for an Express Service selection.
Outside Continental USA Boarders - Shipment methods used for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and all other international countries may be charged additional handling fees and buyers are responsible to request a ship cost quote before purchase, or bidding. In the event of ship cost underpayment after purchase, and at our discretion, we reserve the right to choose a method of shipping with or without insurance, send shipping adjustments invoice to the buyer or cancel sale. Any duties, taxes, underpay ship cost adjustments or other charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Time & Method - From the time of purchase, orders are routinely shipped Ground to the 48 contiguous States. Standard delivery time can be up to 10 business days. For assured faster delivery in the lower 48 states (avg. 2-3 days from purchase) select Express shipping option when you make purchase. Tracking information will be provided on all orders.
Shipping Address Change - To stay aligned with buyer and seller protection rules, we will only ship to the address listed in Buyer eBay and/or PayPal accounts. In certain circumstances, and by written request only, address change may be considered, but TommyMarine is not responsible for making any address changes unless Buyer has been provided a written acknowledgement and approval for such a change.
Combined Shipping Discounts - When making multi-item purchases buyers will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, then $5.00 will be deducted from the shipping cost of each additional purchased item that has a shipping cost of $5.00 or more.* For additional items with a ship cost less than $5.00, the shipping cost of the additional item(s) shipped will be $0.00.**
To qualify for combined shipping discounts:
- You must make 2 or more separate purchases.
- You must complete eBay item(s) checkout process within 7 days of the first purchase-even when sending payment by mail.
- When planning to complete mult-item purchase for shipping discount, Do Not complete eBay check out process until all items have been won. Remember #2 above applies.
- All items must be shipped together; to one address and by same shipping method.
- Use the PayPal check out combined payment feature for multi-items purchased.
- Make a single payment for all items purchased on-line or by money order.
* Example of standard ground combined shipping when ship cost is over $5.00:
Buy item # 1: Regular shipping fee is $8.05 - discount $5.00 = buyer pays $ 3.05
Buy item # 2: Regular shipping fee is $6.65 - discount $5.00 = buyer pays $ 1.65
Buy item #3: Regular shipping fee is $12.80 - discount $0.00 = buyer pays $12.80
Total ship cost for a 3 item combined purchase is: $12.80 + 3.05 + 1.65 = $17.50
**Example of standard ground combined shipping when ship cost is under $5.00:
Buy item # 1: Regular shipping fee is $3.05 - discount $3.05 = buyer pays $ 0.00
Buy item # 2: Regular shipping fee is $6.65 - discount $5.00 = buyer pays $ 1.65
Buy item #3: Regular shipping fee is $12.80 - discount $0.00 = buyer pays $12.80
Total ship cost for a 3 item combined purchase is: $12.80 + 0.00 + 1.65 = $14.45
Savings Tip: "So you can save time and money when shopping"! Items in the store Mariner Kit Packs department that contain multiple products are considered one purchase and are packaged to give best product and shipping discounts, VS buying each item in the Pack separately. |

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, & Warranties |

100% Transaction Satisfaction Policy - If for any reason you decide that the product you purchased does not meet your expectation, just return it! To maintain low, and equal pricing fairness to all our customers, we do not include hidden fees for losses or expense for the return, or exchange of merchandise in our pricing. Therefore, the following policies and procedures apply to all sales returns to offset losses or product price increases:
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges - Merchandise cannot be returned without prior written approval. Email your request to Tommy Marine through the item contact link . Request must state the reason for return and if a refund or exchange is desired. Upon our written approval, buyer has 14 days to return merchandise. The product must be returned in the same unused condition as received and shipped prepaid - no COD or collect shipments will be accepted. At our discretion, returned used or damaged merchandise, after inspection, may be charged up to 20% special handling fee or rejected. Shipping fees, non-removable eBay and PayPal transaction fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds or exchanges will be performed by the same methods as the original transaction. For returns that qualify as shipment loss/damage, or factory defective, "Warranties and Insurance" policies below also apply.
Bid Cancellation - Sales and bids are considered final. Cost, losses, handling charges or fees incurred from such action is the responsibility of the bidder.
Warranties - There are several hundred manufacturing sources where our products may come from. Most all products come with factory warranties. We do not offer warranties expressed or implied, other than what is offered by the manufacturer. TommyMarine will not be held liable or assume responsibility for workmanship, loss of business, or any other matter that may arise from use of products acquired from our suppliers. However, as a courtesy to our valued customers, we may accept or direct the return of products purchased through Tommy Marine that appear defective. Such action does not constitute liability, or acceptance of a claim, but rather done solely to assist our customers. Warranty claims may be subject to other policies from product distributors and manufacturers.
Insurance Claims - Claims that may arise from shipping damages, loss or shortages from tampering must be reported immediately by the buyer directly to the transport company, or carrier. TommyMarine may use actual transport company, a third party or self to insurance any shipment. In the event a claim arises, the policies for shipment carrier of record will apply, or in the event self insurance was utilized, the US Mail insurance claims policy will be used as a guide to settle any loss or damage. Note, a package is not considered lost if a delivery record or formal statement of confirmed delivery to the customer shipping address is provided by the carrier. Damage or tampering cannot be settled if package recipient does not contact transport company with evidence of the claim (original packaging and product in the condition of arrival).
