Items processed normally through our check out system will leave with UPS. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when availible. This applies to all bolt on items and small items under 100lbs. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances. Customer is also responsible for return shipping. Items returned for reasons other then warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In most cases we do not ship outside of the continental US. If you need shipping outside of the continental US, please contact us before attempting to complete this check out.

Freight shipping refunds and coverage is delt with on a per case basis at the descretion of Toms Foreign Auto Part's. Items returned for reasons other then warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The Following terms apply when buying an engine, transmission, seats, or other oversized item from us. This does not apply to items being shipped VIA UPS. It is VERY important to read through this thoroughly before finishing the check out.

Items are shipped to either a commercial address or a local terminal for pick up NO EXCEPTIONS

Commercial address: A comercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck. Example would be the shop thats doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence or farm is not considered commercial unless its a commercial zoned area. This location must have a loading dock or fork lift to take delivery. We will not cover multiple delivery fees and lift gate fees if the locations is unable to unload the truck. If you need a lift gate please contact us before hand, lift gate service is an additional $50.

Local Terminal Pick Up: Terminal's are usually the local location of the carrier the item is being shipped with. Some carriers are also run from the near by air port. The terminal will notify you when your shipment has been recieved and is ready for pick up. They will be able to load the item on your vehicle for you or have means to assist you in loading. Terminals range in distance from your location. We do our best to get them as close as posible but in some cases they may be a bit of a drive from you. For terminal pick ups we suggest you call after making payment to ensure we get it to a terminal close by.
All Commercial addresses must include a working phone # and name of business. If we do not have a business name your item WILL NOT be shipped.
Shipping carrier is determined at the time of shipment.
If a freight item is marked as a residential address your order will be held for more information. If we are not able to get in contact with you then the item will either be shipped to a terminal for pick up or will not be shipped.
You must inspect all freight BEFORE signing for it.
In the event your freight is damaged in transit, failure to follow the instructions below can result in non refund of your purchase due to non payment of freight damage claim.

Inspect it before you Sign!
1. Note on the freight bill any obvious damage at the time of delivery (i.e. box corners crushed, tears, rips, marks, ect.)
2. If you suspect internal damage, OPEN IMMEDIATELY
3. Even if no damaged goods is suspected, open the carton within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection.
4. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection.
5. Call us immediately so that we may assist you in the claims process.

Bear in mind that you are signing a legal document when you are signing the freight delivery receipt under the statement "recieved in good condition except as noted." By following these guidelines, we hope to keep our shipping problems to a minimum and can continue to offer you consistent, quality service.

Customer pick up is no longer availible. If your a local customer we can deliver it to a near by shop or commercial address for you.
