Returns:

New parts are warrantied by the manufacturer.

All returned parts must be returned in original packaging. 

Used parts are guaranteed not to arrive DOA.  We will refund or exchange any part which arrives DOA. 

Return policy on parts no longer applies once you have used or installed the part.

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
