  • Shipping and Handling
Shipping method:
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS or via Priority Mail from U.S. Portal Service. Most of in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep in 5 to 7 business days after receipt of your order (except for Hawaii and Alaska). If you use the expedited shipping option, your products should arrive on your doorstep in 2 to 3 business days after receipt of your order. We ship all the orders within 24 hours and we ship 95% of the orders orders received before 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on the same day.

There are some special exceptions: All orders received after 3:00 p.m. Friday, Pacific Time, and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Some items will be shipped individually by request. When the need to ship items individually occurs, we will contact you to notify you of the separate shipments.

U.S. Non-contiguous orders:

Orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories will ship through the U.S. Postal Service and additional shipping charges may incur. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.

Shipping delays/out of stock items:

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly, please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a $10.00 non-refundable correction fee.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held *open* until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. We will contact you when such rare event occur and will promptly refund your order if you choose to cancel the order.
