How long do you take to process my order?

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm EST) are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours unless for some reason an item has become unavailable or if we need to contact you to verify some aspect of your order.

We dot no ship items on Holidays or Weekends.

What shipping methods do you use?

We offers reliable shipping thru US Postal Services.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accepts all mayor credit cards thru Paypal with confimed address only.

What is a Paypal confirmed address?

Confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.

PayPal provides confirmed addresses to help sellers make informed decisions when shipping goods. As a general rule all accounts have at least one confirmed address and using an account will help increase the number of available confirmed addresses in the account.

How do I confirm my address?

To confirm your address, you will first need to add a credit card to your PayPal account. If your credit card company supports the Address Verification System, PayPal will check that the address you provided for your account matches the billing address that your credit card company has on file. You may be required to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process, to activate your credit card. Your address may be confirmed after the Expanded Use enrollment process has been successfully completed. Please note that because not all credit card companies are currently able to confirm an address, only some UK and Canadian addresses may be confirmed at this time.

How can I confirm an address?

There are things that you can do to help PayPal confirm a specific address:

  • Add a credit card to a PayPal account. The address on file with your credit card company will become confirmed for your PayPal account.
  • Apply and be approved for PayPal Buyer Credit. The address used on your application will become confirmed for your PayPal account.

OR

Confirm your address through Alternative Address Confirmation. To qualify for Alternative Address Confirmation, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Verified U.S. PayPal member in good standing.
  • Have been a PayPal member for more than 90 days.
  • Have a Community Participation buyer number more than 10.

If you qualify for Alternative Address Confirmation, you will need to fax several documents to PayPal, after which we will mail a secret code to the address you are trying to confirm. After you enter the secret code correctly into the PayPal website, your address will become confirmed. For more information, please see our User Agreement.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes we ship to Canada, Europe and Australia. some contries like Italy & Spain must be shipped only throught Priority or Express Mail service.

Do you combine shipping for multiple auctions?

Yes, only for US buyers, you must wait for all your auctions to finish before sending a payment because combine shipping rates only apply when you win more than one item within 3 days.

Combine shipping rates does not apply for items paid separately.

What happen if an item is out of stock?

We make effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?

No, we do not accept personal checks.

How long do you take to answer my emails?

We usually replay your emails within 24 to 48 business hours.
We don't answer emails on weekends or holidays.

When will you leave me a feedback?

On a regular basis, feedback is left once you have left us your feedback . This policy ensures that everyone gets proper recognition. If you are satisfied with your transaction with us, please leave your comment on our file and we will be sure to reciprocate when we do our updates.

What should I do if I received a wrong/defective item?

You must contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of the item to help you in this situation. Once we receive the wrong/defective item back we will ship you a new item free of shipping charge.

Do you have a catalog?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer print catalogs.
