We expect to receive your payment within 3 days. You will start receiving payment reminders emails after the first day of auction closed and every day after. If the payment is not received our system will send out an automated unpaid item reminder email/dispute after 4 days of non-payment. If no response or payment is made within 3 days from the dispute, the dispute will be closed and an unpaid item strike will be automatically placed on your account and the item will be re-sold.

Please note: If you send us a personal email asking us if it's okay to make payment after the 3 day period and you receive email confirmation that this is okay, please be advised that our system will STILL generate an automated unpaid item dispute on the 4th day and please at that time respond to the dispute with your intentions to pay soon. Once your item is paid for, the dispute will be closed as a successful transaction.

For multiple auctions, please wait to win/purchase all the items before making a payment. You will be able to combine shipments of any items won within 3 days only.

We are a business and must move our inventory in a timely manner, therefore if payment is not received our system automatically open an unpaid item dispute with ebay and FVF credits will be requested after 10 days.
