I've never left negative feedback until now. The caliper arrived and did not turn on. It had a dead battery. When I contacted the seller, I was they offered nothing except to return it for a refund. They did not even offer to pay for return postage, which would be more than replacing the battery. This is lousy support and no customer service!!! They could easily have credited a portion of the price to pay the cost of a replacement battery. Buyer beware!
