We want to make sure that you understand our process, even before you buy from us. Here are our answers to your most common questions.

Q. • What does eBay expect of me as a buyer? (Very Important) -top
A.   eBay has always given you, the buyer, the strength to voice your opinion of eBay sellers by leaving Positive, Neutral, or Negative feedback ratings along with your comments. Now eBay has given you a louder voice by asking you to critique a sellers item descriptions, shipping cost, shipping time, and ability to communicate well with you, the buyer. Unfortunately for us, eBay has completely left you in the dark as to how we are to be graded. The Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) are graded like a school paper. A score of 5 equals a 100%. This means that everything was correct and how you, the buyer, expected it. These scores are not graded like a comment card, where a score of 3 is satisfactory and a score of 5 is "Extremely Out of This World". A score of 3 is like giving a 50% on a school paper. That is a complete failure. If you feel compelled to score us below a 5, PLEASE call and talk to one of our managers. We wish to receive a perfect score every time, and we will work with you to the best of our ability to achieve that. If you think that we are anything less than perfect, call us!

Q. • Is this product shipping from Top Gun Customz? -top
A.   Because we sell such a large number of suspension products (nearly 30 different manufacturers including ourselves) we may not always have every item in stock at our main facility in East Tennessee. This means that if we deplete our stock on any of these items, we will promptly drop ship your order from one of our many warehouses throughout the continental US.
- It is extremely important to us to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

Q. • Is this product in stock? -top
A.   This product was known to be in stock at one of our warehouses when we launched the auction. If the item mistakenly got sold through another venue, it's stock will be quickly refilled. Please call us for up-to-date information, if you are in a time sensitive situation.

Q. • How long should it take to receive this product? -top
A.   We guarantee that you will receive your eBay merchandise within 10 business days (continental 48 States only) from the day that we receive your full order payment. This allows us to process, pick, pack, and ship your order as efficiently as possible. If our 10 business day guarantee is not satisfactory to you, please feel free to call us to check on which warehouse we will be shipping your requested items from. This will give you the ability to assess a delivery timeframe or request expedited shipping.

Q. • When will it ship? -top
A.   Items will typically ship from us within 2 to 3 business days after full payment has been received and cleared.

Q. • What Courier will deliver this product? -top
A.   Our products will be shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS), unless your order requires pallet freight, in which we will negotiate the best provider on an individual bases.

Q. • What happens if it isn't delivered within 10 business days? -top
A.   On rare occasions, extenuating circumstances may disrupt our shipping guarantee: Shipping delays from one of our warehouses, shipping provider errors, or an inability to communicate with the buyer, just to name a few. If your items get held for any reason that would cause your delivery to pass our 10 business day guarantee, we will do our very best to contact you and keep you informed. If you ever feel the need, please call our sales and customer service staff to inquire about the status of your order.

Q. • What do I do if I receive wrong or damaged items? -top
A.   Although we try to stay mistake free, they are a part of life. If you receive incorrect items, or our courier damages your goods, please call us immediately. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible, and use this as a learning experience to better ourselves in the future. We will make right by you as the customer and happily correct our mistakes or mishaps.
