Payment:  We accept all forms of PayPal payments as well as direct credit card payments.  You can also use your credit card or pay via eCheck using your PayPal account.  Per eBay Policy, we will NOT accept checks or money orders!

Multiple Item Orders/Combining Orders:  When purchasing multiple items from TopQualityThings, please follow eBay's Checkout instructions in order to combine your items and pay for them all at once.

Shipping:  All of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped!  Once your payment clears, we will ship out your item(s) within 1-2 business days as stated in your listing.  Please check the top of your item page for shipping costs.  On some of our items we may also offer USPS Priority Mail for faster transit time, however there may be a charge.(see shipping details for cost)

Return Policy:  If your item is defective or damaged we will gladly replace it for you.  Please view the return policy on the actual item page that you are interested in.

Feedback:  Feedback is very important on eBay!  Because of this, we hope that once you receive your item you will return to eBay and leave us positive feedback as well as a 5.0 on all four D.S.R. Categories.  If for some unforseen reason that you feel you cannot do that, please contact us so we can resolve any issue or concern that you may have.

Large Qty/Wholesale Orders:  If you are interested in large quantites of any merchandise we offer, please contact us so we can set up a special fixed price listing for you to cater to your needs.
