Only recieved half the order (18pcs out of 36) seller suggested returning for a refund but I needed to decorations for a party that weekend and there was not enough time to order a new set from a different seller. As a party planner, I did not feel comfortable charging my client the full price when they only recieved half the order, so financially I took the loss myself.
