Combined Shipping: It is free to combine shipping in both My Ebay store and webstore. I do not charge extra to combine items. If you buy 10 bolts and one rotor you will pay only the shipping price for the rotor. It is simply too confusing to add money for every small item. Combinations can only be used with ONE PAYPAL PAYMENT ONLY!!! multiple payments will be returned so you can pay one invoice.

Transit Times: Air Mail is about 5-7 working days. All shipping methods are about the same times. Canada is a few days. I ship about every day.

Tracking and Insurance: This is extra cost. All items ship via Air Mail. It costs a few dollars in Canada...about 11.00 to the USA...about 16.00 For International registered letter and about 40-50 for parcels. All big orders have to be tracked.

Pickups: As most of you understand local pickups can get out of control. I have almost had to stop this totally due to overall strange behavior. I have stories to tell sometime. But for now: It sounds kinda odd to ask me to convert money, schedule time, waste time, leave items laying in my mailbox, bringing 50.00 bills, popping in randomly for a 2.00 order. 100.00 Limit to Pickup. Sorry but this takes away from my Worldwide customers....This is an E-bay sore.

Late/Lost?: I sell alot of items and this is my only problem. Most International orders arrive in 5-7 days this is ok. (USA is International too). The problem is the items that arrive late. The mail service and borders can really play with items. Late and lost are 2 different things. Late is quite a while (45 Days) and lost is really over 60 days. Try to understand I do not own the Postal Service. If the package is not insured/tracked we enter the gray area...You paid for the goods and I really shipped it. I play fair, A 5.00 order is not worth a 12.00 trace...I can absorb that if it dosen't arrive but I cannot cover larger orders. There is a reasonable responsibilty you=buyer assume If 100.00 of goods is not worth your buying an 11.00 trace (USA) to save 4 bucks. My regular customers know I am reasonable. Please do try not to ask every other day where your item is if it's late, I will respond but only to a reasonable level. 99.5% of all items arrive on time. 99.9% of all items arrive. Threats will not be responded to...I am here for assistance but will not be abused in the process. All abusive behavior will be blocked from further contact and sales.
