ATTENTION:  For those ordering items over the holidays (month of December), since your items are shipped from either Italy or France, they must first clear US customs and overcome delays in the your regular postal service due to high volumes.  This is not within our control, however, see our policy below as the 30 day guarantee from date of shipment is still valid, however the 7-10 day usual international priority transit time can not be guaranteed and should be taken into consideration before ordering gifts.

• Most shipments are made from Grenoble, France, which is currently where our store is located, however, as of May 1st, 2006 they will be shipped direct from Pistoia, Italy 51100.
• All post is sent international priority which takes 7-10 working days to the US and Canada and 10-14 days to Asia and Australia, however, this is not guaranteed and subject to US customs delays.  WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE ARRIVALS, SO ORDER PLENTY IN ADVANCE,  WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU IF IT HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPMENT. SATURDAYS AND HOLIDAYS (EITHER US OR EUROPEAN) ARE NOT CONSIDERED WORKING DAYS.
• Expedited Shipments:  We can ship however you request at your expense, Fedex 48 hours from Italy.    This is guaranteed by Fedex not us so you may file a claim with them if it does not arrive within 3 days since you have paid for this service from them.   WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARRIER DELAYS OR ERRORS.  WE WILL REIMBURSE FOR POOR PACKAGING OR AN ERROR IN DOCUMENTATION IF THIS IS CAUSED BY US.
• All shipments are mailed the first business day after receiving payment, this does not include Saturday, unless we have informed you that there might be a delay.
• Gift wrapping is free on request and we can ship your item directly to the gift recipient.
• All packages over 2 kilogams or 4.4lbs are tracked and insured obligatorily.  They are not insured for breakage however, so if an item is broken due to poor packaging, we will reimburse you as soon as we receive a photo or other evidence that the item was broken during shipment.
• The minimum price for shipping a package to the US is 7.2 Euro, so your price goes down per item if you buy multiple items.  We offer $4 off shipping on the second item.  We can combine shipments in most cases.
• NOT AVAILABLE AFTER JAN 2007. There is an XL Colissimo box 17"x11"x7" or 375mmx250mm150mm that is 34 Euro or $40 and is insured, priority and tracked.  It is worth it for anything over 2kilo of 4.4lbs because the price is fixed for the size of the box and does not increase if it weighs a lot.  This is interesting because in France, once your item is over 2kilo, the price goes up a lot more because it must be insured and get a tracking number.
