RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Totally Costumes is happy to offer a hassle free returns process with our 7-Day Money Back guarantee! Most of our products may be returned at the customer's expense within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise minus the $10 restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned orders with missing items or without original packaging can not be credited. All returned items must be in original and resellable condition. Please double check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning it.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Clearance & Items Marked Non-returnable
Undergarments, socks, and stockings
Footwear (Shoes, Heels, Boots)
Costume Wigs, bears, facial hair or any other artificial hair
Prosthetic items, fangs, fake teeth or any other items placed in the mouth
Cosmetics, Make-up, Face paint
A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returned items that fall within our 7-Day Money Back guarantee in order to supplement for additional costs associated with processing your return or exchange. This non-negotiable restocking fee is so that we can maintain our standard of excellence and competitive pricing.
All packages refused by receiver or returned as undeliverable will be charged the $10.00 restocking fee in addition to a $8.95 return shipping cost that we incur from our shipping carrier with all refused packages.
Hassle Free Return Process
To begin the Hassle Free Return Process please contact our Customer Service Department. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response. Once approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions. If your return is not approved an explanation will follow as to why your item is not eligible for return.
After receiving instructions on how to return your item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your RA#. Be sure to package the item carefully and clearly address your package to us. Your RA# is required to be written on the outside of the package, if we cannot find this your package will be refused and the return will not be processed.
The processing of your return generally takes between 5 to 7 business days after we have received the product. However, during our busy Halloween season our processing time may take up to 3 weeks. We will credit your PayPal account once your return has been processed.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or size, you must place a new order for the required item and return the item you received by following our hassle free return process. This is to ensure quick order processing and return processing time. You will be charged for the item on the new order and refunded for the return once inspected and received (minus the $10.00 restocking fee).
Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery so we may contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please Contact Us with your issue. Additionally please keep all packaging material in the event an inspection is necessary by the shipping carrier.
