Hours of OperationWe are readily available to answer any questions you may have regarding our products. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (MDT). Our offices are closed on weekends and on the following Holidays.

Sales TaxTotally Costumes is a Colorado-based company. We are required by state law to collect a sales tax of 2.9% on all orders shipped within Colorado. All orders shipped outside of Colorado are exempt from sales tax.
Payment OptionsFor our orders placed on eBay we currently only accept PayPal. For more information on PayPal please visit PayPal.com. We do not accept money orders, cashier or personal checks. Checkout must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or Missing ItemsClaims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery so we may contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please Contact Us with your issue. Additionally please keep all packaging material in the event an inspection is necessary by the shipping carrier.
Returns & ExchangesTotally Costumes is happy to offer a hassle free returns process with our 7 Day Money Back guarantee! Most of our products may be returned at the customer's expense within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise minus the $10 restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any returned orders with missing items or without original packaging can not be credited. All returned items must be in original and resellable condition.
