IF ITEM IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN LISTED WE WILL SEND A FULL REFUND UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED PRODUCT. (i.e. We listed a plate but sent a cup)
IF YOU PURCHASED INSURANCE AND THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, I WILL SEND YOU A FORM TO SIGN. AS SOON AS I RECEIVE THE FORM (AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IF REQUIRED) I WILL ISSUE YOU AN IMMEDIATE REFUND; MY CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR LENGTHY CLAIMS PROCESSING.
If you choose to return an item for any other reason, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and return the item within 7 days. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund minus 15% restocking fee will be immediately issued.
