Totally Toyz will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase of any Totally Toyz merchandise returned within 60 days of the shipping date, excluding shipping & handling charges. Packages returned "unclaimed" will receive a refund in the amount of: amount paid minus shipping, return shipping and all cost incurred by Totally Toyz. Totally Toyz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To return by mail, please send prepaid via UPS or insured USPS. Be sure to include your name and address on the package (we will not accept any packages without a return name and address). Allow 2 weeks for processing. DVD, video, audio, software media and electronics must be returned in their original, unopened packaging for a refund (damaged or defective DVD, video, audio, software media and electronics may be exchanged for the same merchandise only, must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, and should include the original packing slip if provided). Returns of holiday costumes, accessories and décor items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in their original, unopened packaging. All items must include the original packing slip (if provided) and have all original tags attached.

Pack and tape your package securely.
Include your return name and address.
For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured United States Postal Service (USPS). Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) will not be accepted.
