| Q:Is there a refund policy? |

| A:Unfortunately no. Each item is made to order, in certain circumstances, arrangements can be made for exchanges, but there are no refunds on decals/stickers and switch plates. |
| Q:Why is your price SO high for 1 sheet of stickers? |
|
| A:Our pricing is very reasonable for the quantity of stickers per sheet. Ink costs money, the paper costs money, the UV protectant spray costs money, listing fees and other fees are configured in the list price. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:You will receive a delivery confirmation number through paypal once your item has shipped. Please allow 2-5 days for first class after you receive your dc# and 3-4 days for priority packages. |

| Q:Where do I order custom switch plates? |

| A:There are listings in the store for custom double switches, rockers and triples. Just buy it now and specify your desired design in the note section on paypal. |
| Q:Do you accept custom orders? |

| A:Yes.
If you have a particular design you want made, contact me and I will try and make it if I can. Any photos or images you can provide would be helpful. |
| Q:I am not happy with my purchase, what do I do? |
|
| A:Contact us. Sometimes things can be worked out with simple communication. If you do not communicate with us, we cannot resolve the problem. PLEASE don't leave feedback unless you have contacted us first with your concerns. |
| Q:Can I order larger stickers? |
|
| A:Yes, however the larger the stickers, the less we can fit on one sheet. Largest size is 8 inches. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:YES. Since items are immediate payment, there are 2 options: Purchase your items and receive a shipping refund OR send your item numbers and quantity of each and we will list a special listing for you. You can find the listing in our CUSTOM ORDERS catagory in our store. |
| Q:Is there an additional fee for personalized items? |

| A:No. Free personalization is available on ALL items. Just specify the name on the paypal payment. |
