We take Paypal only. We process all credit card payments and echecks through Paypal. You do not have to sign up for an account to pay through Paypal. It offers security, buyer protection, and it's free to our customers! We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks. All of our advertised shipping prices are for the continental United States. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc, please email us for a shipping quote and we will be happy to get one for you. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, please email us for a quote through the USPS. (Thanks for serving our country!)
We do not ship internationally.

Shipping & Handling |

All items are shipped promptly from our smoke free warehouse. We ship every Monday and Thursday excluding major holidays. We will ship on the next Monday or Thursday after the payment clearing date. We ship Fedex and USPS depending on the weight and size of your item(s). Email us with any questions.
If your item has a flat
shipping rate or you are purchasing multiple items and using our combined rate,
insurance is INCLUDED with your shipment.
If you are purchasing an item with a calculated shipping rate, and you choose to
purchase the optional insurance, we are happy to help with the claims
process. Ultimately, the payment of a claim is the decision of the post office
and the claims process is lengthy. We will not issue a refund or reship an
item until that process is complete. If the post office denies the claim, we
will not refund the payment or reship the item.
If you are purchasing an item
with a calculated shipping rate , and you do not choose to purchase the
optional insurance, we cannot file a claim with the post office. We do not
reship items or issue refunds on USPS purchases without insurance. |

Customer service & return policy |
|
Didn't like it: You got a duplicate gift, you decided the color didn't match your decor, etc. You may return the unused item in the original condition and packaging, and we will refund your purchase price but not the shipping cost.
Damages: If your item is damaged in shipping please contact us asap and keep the item & the packing materials. We will contact the carrier and file an insurance claim. If your auction had a shipping calculator in which insurance was optional and you did not choose to purchase insurance, then no claim can be filed and no refund will be given.
Defective products: If the item you receive is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days and we will issue you a return label to send the product back and then refund your money. Some of our items are backed by a manufacturer's warranty and in that case we will have them ship you a new item.

We are a toy store not individuals selling items. All of our items are brand new and direct from the manufacturer and in original packaging or with tags if the item is not in packaging. If you have requests for items you do not see in our store or auctions please email us at orders@townsquaretoys.com. Many times we can order them from the manufacturer, and we do keep a wish list for collectible and hard to find items. You can sign up for special discounts, coupons and new product news by emailing us at orders@townsquaretoys.com with the word subscribe in the subject line. Please include your name and address. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Your combined shipping chart total is MORE than my items would cost individually to ship, do I have to pay the higher amount?
A: No, of course not. We will always charge you the lower amount. If your calculated shipping amount is less than our combined shipping amount, you can use the lower amount. It is also helpful to wait for an invoice from us because sometimes shipping on your invoice will be lower than the items added together will be.
Q: How do I get my total to match the combined shipping rate total that I see in my listings?
A: Wait for a combined invoice. Ebay cannot automatically calculate our special rates but we invoice several times a day and an updated invoice will be coming soon! Thanks for your business! If you're feeling daring, you can also adjust your amount manually to the rate in our combined shipping chart.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are required by law to charge sales tax to customers who live in Texas. If you live in Texas or are having your item shipped to Texas, please add 8.25% to your order total. If you receive an invoice from us, this amount will be included.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account to use Paypal?
A: No. For eBay items, Paypal allows you to pay by credit card without signing up for an account. If you would like to sign up for a PayPal account, you can do so at the end of the checkout process.
Q. I don't use credit cards, can I still pay for my items with Paypal?
A. Yes, but you will need to sign up for a free Paypal account. You can then pay using an e-check which debits money from your checking account or by debit card. We encourage our customers to sign up for Paypal because you, the buyer, are protected up to $1000 on each item you purchase. Paypal is secure and fast and most Ebay sellers prefer it.
Q: Why don't you take money orders or personal checks?
A: Town Square Toys LLC is owned and operated by 2 stay at home homeschooling moms. We take care of our 4 and 3 children respectively, homeschool, and run a growing business. We simply cannot make bank runs on a regular basis. In order to get products out in a timely manner, we have chosen to take Paypal only.
Q: Can I email you and ask really nicely to take my money order or personal check because I have great feedback and I don't use Paypal?
A: You can but we will kindly reply with the above answer.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping within the continental U.S.?
A: There will either be a flat shipping charge or a shipping calculator in each auction. This is how the shipping is determined if you are buying only one item. For flat shipping charges, insurance is already included. If you are using the shipping calculator, insurance will be optional. If you are purchasing more than one item, you may use the shipping chart below to find your discounted shipping rate.
Shipping for combined purchases only (excluding large plush):
$1 - 29.99, then shipping is $8.00
$30 - 59.99, then shipping is $10.00
$60 - 89.99, then shipping is $12.00
$90 - 119.99, then shipping is $14.00
$120 - 149.99, then shipping is $16.00
$150 or over, then shipping is $18.00
All shipping prices include insurance.
Q: I live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, have a military APO/FPO address? Does this chart apply to me?
A: No, please email us at orders@townsquaretoys.com BEFORE you bid for a quote.
We require priority mail WITH insurance for these shipments.
Q: I don't live in the United States, do you ship internationally?
A: No, we do not ship internationally at this time. No exceptions will be made.
Q: What if I'm not home to sign for my package?
A: USPS or Fed Ex will leave the package near your front door. You do not have to be there to sign for it.
Q: I need my package quickly. Do you use Express Delivery or Air Delivery?
A: Shipping usually takes only 3-4 business days so many times there is no need to expedite. However, we do expedite shipping for those that need their package super fast. You need to email us with the item(s) you want and your physical address at orders@townsquaretoys.com for a quote BEFORE you bid. We will still ONLY ship on Monday and Thursday.
Q: I live close to the DFW metroplex, can I pick up my item(s)?
A: Yes, you can arrange a time to pick up your items on Monday or Thursday afternoons/evenings at our Mansfield, TX warehouse. Please email us after you have won at
orders@townsquaretoys.com. You will need to pay by Paypal before pickup or you may bring cash in exact change. Please remember to add
6.25% sales tax.
