OUR POLICY GUIDELINES AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY CLEAR AND COVER MOST QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE IN ORDER TO MAKE A WELL INFORMED DECISION TO BUY FROM US. The BEST protection you can possibly get is from your OWN credit card company. Don't let anyone tell you different because it's just not true! This is precisely why we have gone through the trouble and expense of owning a Merchant Account allowing us to take the 3 most popular cards shown above. This further proves that we are a very trusted vendor in the eyes of both the major credit card companies AND major banks. Otherwise we would never be given this ability.
Standard Money Orders available at Banks, Post Offices and many store locations are now only allowed at the buyer's request. (As are International Paper Money Orders outside the US payable only in US Dollars, NO bank transfers) If you cannot for whatever reason use a credit card, then those would be your next options. A US Bank Cashier's Check is also only acceptable at the buyer's request. Although there is usually an extended wait time of 7 to 10 days for that form of payment to clear.
In extreme cases, taking it upon themselves, our customers have used Western Union, Money Gram or even cash to send payments. While we do accept these forms of payment outside of Ebay transactions, this is not something we openly suggest for this transaction as it is against Ebay policy for us to do so. Ebay feels that these are untrustworthy forms of payment although they would seem no more untrustworthy than a bank, store or postal money order when you get right down to it. The nature of trust, when it comes to these forms of payment, has more to do with the seller in our opinon rather then the effectiveness of the payment being sent by the buyer or received by the seller.

You will not be able to pay before we've had a chance to send you the information to do so. Your email address MUST be valid by Ebay requirement to enable us to send you all the vital information you need to complete this transaction. If you do NOT hear from us within 48 hours, the email may be in your spam folder. Or there may be another email communication issue. In that case, if you are not able to find our email, click on this CONTACT link. This will take you to our member page on Ebay where you will see a "contact member" link. You can find that link on the upper left side of the page. Use that to let us know that you have not heard from us and we can then send you the basics to help you complete our transaction that way.
Ebay incorporates many things to automate the process between a buyer & seller in an attempt to streamline the transaction. Many sellers do use this to try and save time. That is not what is always important to us. YOU are! We feel that automation can be impersonal and unfriendly. This is why we insist on communicating directly with you.

By clicking on "Buy it Now" or placing a "bid" on an auction item of ours, you enter into a BINDING AGREEMENT on Ebay with us. If you do NOT read and AGREE to the terms stated here, you are breaking Ebay policy if you decide not to follow through with your payment.
|NON PAYING BUYERS ARE REPORTED|
|If we do NOT have payment within 8 days from the date of purchase, an Ebay reminder will be sent out. After 2 weeks, your account will receive a strike for not paying for the item.|
Much work and responsibility has been imposed on us with the ever changing Ebay policies. We cannot afford to see that work go to waste.
We process orders 7 days at a time. Storage space and time is limited. Any items that are held beyond 14 days from the last date of purchase for a 7 day period without a postmarked payment within that time will subject the purchaser's account to a NON PAYING BUYER'S STRIKE.
In addition, we reserve the right to charge a $5.00 storage fee for each week beyond the 14 days that the items are held thereafter. Otherwise, you give up your right to the item and the non paying bidder strike will be irreversible. This follows Ebay policy for this very purpose which clearly allows sellers to charge restocking fees if necessary.
|SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION|
|We ship via the United States Postal Service ONLY|
Actual USPS costs are NOT the only costs you pay for having your item shipped. There are many other costs factored in.
Packages do not pay for the use of materials they use to keep them safe during transit. Nor do they pack themselves, drive themselves to the Post Office or cover the costs of any of the special USPS services that may be included. Therefore, you should not expect the actual cost incurred by the USPS to be the only cost that we incur because that is just not the case.
Total shipping & handling costs can be found via the calculator at the bottom below each item description and are also based on your zip location or country of origin. If you have any doubts about these costs or if this information cannot be found in the item description, then you should ALWAYS email us BEFORE buying the item to verify the information.
International buyers should pay even closer attention to this as costs can be MUCH higher. You should also pay attention to your country's customs charges which can increase the overall amount you will be subject to as well.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT UNFAIRLY RATE OUR SHIPPING/HANDLING STAR WHEN WE HAVE GIVEN YOU CLEAR INDICATION OR OPPORTUNITY TO BE AWARE OF THESE COSTS BEFORE TIME!
Multiple auction wins and/or store purchases entitles the buyer to no a less than 30% discount off the overall shipping & handling cost shown listed under each item description. Your 30% discount will only apply for up to 7 days from the end of your first purchase allowing you to run up a tab after which time those items must be processed for shipping. Items purchased beyond the 7 day cutoff will be considered the start of a NEW order at which time the process will begin again.

Buyers should be sensitive to our shipping schedule if items are needed right away.
It's important to realize that even when paying by credit card, it takes 2 to 3 days for that payment to electronically reach our bank after which time we ship on the following Friday.
Rush Orders are accepted.
You are welcome to request that a package be shipped on any other day than Friday for an additional fee of $10. But even rush orders are subject to payment clearance before they can be shipped.

Items are returnable only if an obvious mistake was made on our part in the description of an item.
Because we sell items both new and used, each product is decribed as such. While we take care in describing all the items we sell as best as we can, it should not be assumed that the item is anything other than what is stated in the description. Because most of the products we sell are from secondary markets, we have no way of returning items for refunds, so it is important for you to Email us with any questions or doubts you may have regarding packaging and condition BEFORE making your purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A refund can only be issued under the following two circumstances:
A. If an obvious mistake was made on our part in the description of the item. For instance, you ordered the color Blue and you got the color Red instead. If by chance you were sent an item other than what you paid for by mistake, then an exchange will be made for the right item to correct that mistake. If the right item happens to be out of stock, then you will be issued a refund or credit(Your choice) towards another item.
B. Similarly, if an item that was insured is damaged or lost in transit, an identical REPLACEMENT item would normally be sent out(not a refund) unless the item is no longer available. In that case then you would be issued a refund for the purchase price in the same manner that you paid.
NOTE: Any refunds that are made will be the purchase price only, not the shipping & handling charges. Shipping & handling charges are NOT refundable.
