The shipping cost for more than one item is determined by the combined weight of your items. Not all items, such as large or unusually shaped items, can be combined. For your combined shipping cost to appear on your final invoice, you must wait until you have won or committed to purchase ALL items. If you pay for an item, and then later win or purchase an additional item, it will not automatically show up on your second invoice. To change that you must contact us.

Oversized Packages

We sell many large, fragile items and packing them properly is extemely time consuming. Please understand that we are paying our employees an hourly wage, therefore we must charge an additional $10.00 packing fee for this service.

Toy Town will not sell to buyers who have made their feedback comments private. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to buyers who have a history of excessive negative feedback. 

As a Reputable Antique Dealer with over 40 years of combined experience, Toy Town reminds you that almost all our items are being sold as vintage, as such they will likely show at least some wear consistent with age.

Unless specifically noted, our items are used and do not have a brand new appearance. Most have been in storage for many years and have accumulated quite a bit of dust. We make every attempt to describe each item as accurately as possible. Any imperfections are clearly documented in our item’s description and/or photographs. Please make all inquiries prior to placing your bid to avoid future misunderstanding.

Toy Town does not inflate shipping costs, though we do charge a nominal $1.00 packing supply & handling fee. Our combined shipping charge is actual shipping costs per combined weight of your total items. In order to track your package, as well as to ensure timely delivery, all domestically shipped items (unless specifically noted) are sent out via USPS Priority Mail. We have found that it is well worth the small difference in price. Again, you have the option of purchasing shipping insurance. We absolutely cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages in the mail if you fail to purchase this optional insurance. 

If you are the winning bidder and will not be paying within 24 hours of auction close, please email us and let us know when, and in what manner you will be making payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. Personal or Business checks require clearance prior to shipment, which may cause a delay of up to 10 days. Paypal or Money orders are the preferred methods of payment, in which case items are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
