ToyEast eBay Store Payment Policy
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal, Visa/Master Credit Card for our auctions and eBay Stores' items.
If buyer want to pay by credit card, we will set up the SSL secure payment link and buyer can request us for the link by email to info@toyeast.com
Q. Who should I pay to if I were to pay with PayPal?
A. You can pay to payment@toyeast.com, or whichever payment address noted at the listing. And we will send the parcel to your paypal provided address.
Q. When will you bill the total cost to me, after I bought the items?
A. It usually takes about one working day (not including Saturdays), Hong Kong time for us to process all the orders the day before. At the same time, we will bill you at your eBay account through eBay messages.
Q. Can I send by cash?
A. We highly recommend AGAINST sending by cash. The reason is because sending cash by mail are not accepted by the post office. If you do not have PayPal or a credit card, please send your payment using other payment methods.
Q. I don’t know how much your shipping is, so I will just send the item’s cost to you/I’ll send a few more dollars for your item as the shipping cost (even if it isn’t enough).
A. These situations do happen and if you are unsure about the shipping cost, please be sure to ask us beforehand. If as a result we have not received your full payment, we will NOT ship your item until you paid in full. The other way is to wait until our billing e-mail arrives and you can send the total amount as stated there.
Any unclear payment will be left unclear until the buyer pays the item in full. Our accounting department will, from time to time, send a payment remainder to you. If the buyer is unwilling to cooperate, we have the right to leave a negative feedback and refund your payment.
Q. I bought the item but then I couldn’t pay for it/I bought the item but I don’t want it anymore.
A. Please contact us through eBay messages or to info@toyeast.com. Depending on your reason, we may file an Unpaid Item Dispute upon our discretion. This is solely used for reclaiming our listing fees.
Q. I bought the item and I don’t want it anymore, so I’ll just leave it be.
A. After 3-4 working days, if we have not received any payment from you, we will send an unpaid item remainder to you. If after 7 days and the item is not paid yet, with no response from the buyer, we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute upon our discretion. We may also leave a negative feedback due to non-payment by the buyer, and consider the order cancelled. Repeat customers who do not pay for their items will be blacklisted.
