Shipping Terms
l We ship to Worldwide
l Flat International Shipping Rate: The Shipping & Handling Cost is located at the item description and it is the same for every country.
l Combine Shipping Discount: For each additional item, we take $2 USD shipping off the additional item’s shipping cost. The same applies for each item after the second one
For example:
You are buying one item with $5 shipping and another item with $4 shipping afterwards. Then the total shipping cost would be: $5 + ($4 - $2) = $7 USD.
You are buying three items, with $5, $3, and $6 shipping respectively. The total shipping cost would be: $5 + ($3 - $2) + ($6 - $2) = $10 USD.
Tax or Duties
l We are not responsible for any taxes or duties in your countries. You may need to pay it at your side. Please contact your local post office for more detail information.
l Items may be marked as Gift if requested.
Shipping Time
l Please allow 5-10 working days for order processing after payment was received, while we are located in Hong Kong, there will be half day time different, on the other hand, the holiday time was largely different, so we need 5-10 working time to send your item
l Items will be delivery by Register Airmail offered by Hong Kong Post.
l The normal shipment time for Register Airmail is around 12 – 14 days (Same to every country). Extra shipping cost is needed to upgrade for faster shipping –EMS Speed Post or UPS etc. Please contact us before you send the payment.
Trace Item
l We will send you an e-Mail after your order has been shipped to inform you the Date of Shipment; Expected Arrival Time and the Tracking Number.

l If you parcel is kept at customs for inspection, your order arrival time will be affected, please contact your local Post Office for update information.
l Please contact your local Post Office with the Tracking Number after 14 days. They will let you know where the parcel is located.
l Please contact us if the parcel does not appear after 30 days. We will contact Hong Kong Post Office to trace the parcel. Normally overseas mail tracking will take around 30-60 days to complete the investigation.
l When the investigation is completed. If the parcel is confirmed
to be missing, we will refund the money to you according to the
compensation amount given to us from the Post office. Please
be reminded that the refunded amount might not be the full
payment. However we will present you the Hong Kong Post
Office official invoice along with the refunded amount.
l The compensation check will usually arrived 30 Days after the
completion of the investigation, at soon as we have received the
compensation and the document we will refund the amount
accordingly.
Parcel return to seller when the parcel is Non Claimed/Reject by Customs (Can’t Clearance)/Wrong Address or Wrong Attention person provided etc.
l When we received the return parcel, we will inform you the return reason.
l When the item is still in the original condition, we can partial refund the cost to you.
l If there is any damaged to the item you will responsible for the lost and will charge you accordingly.
l Shipping & Handling charge; Payment Service charge; eBay listing fees will not be refund.
l If there are any penalties from the Post Office, we will also attach a copy of the receipt along with your parcel and will charge you accordingly.
l You are also responsible for the resend Shipping Cost if requested.
l There will be charged 20% Restocking Fee if your order was not resend.
Lost/Missing Item
l Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail customerservice@toyeast.com or send an eBay Message to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
l Any case reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
l We will investigate and recheck our record. This involves comparing the actual weight of the shipped parcel and the weight of each item combine. If we found that it was a mistake made on our side, we will resend the missing item to you.
Wrong Item ordered by Buyer
l Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail customerservice@toyeast.com or send an eBay Message to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
l Any case reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
l Return item must be in original unused condition.
l Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will inspect the item for lost and damages. We will then offer you a refund accordingly.
l We will not be responsible if the return parcel was damaged or lost during delivery. If the item is lost or damaged in shipping we cannot be held responsible so please purchase insurance for the return parcel.
l Shipping & Handling charge; Payment Service charge; eBay listing fees will not be refund.
l Buyer will be responsible for the Return Shipping Postage.
l Buyer will also be charged 20% Restocking Fee.

Wrong Item Shipped by us
l Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail customerservice@toyeast.com or send an eBay Message to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
l Any case reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
l Please provide Photos to inform us which wrong item we sent to you.
l We will communicate with you with the wrong sent item. We will decide return or not.
l If return needed, upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will resend the right items to you by Express Service.
l We will responsible for the return postage, please attached the standard postage receipt with Post Office or Shipping Agent’s Company Chop. Otherwise the return postage will not be refunded.
l Returns are refunded through Paypal only.
Defective/Damaged Item Received.
l Buyer MUST Contact us by e-Mail customerservice@toyeast.com or send an eBay Message to let us know about the situation within 3 days after you have received the parcel, before any proceeding with any further actions. Return without our approval will not be processed.
l If item is dead on arrival (DOA), buyer MUST contact us by e-Mail customerservice@toyeast.com or send an eBay Message within 72 hours of received item. Any case reported after that will not accept. Except you have a valid reason.
l If your parcel is insured and the item is damage due to mistreatment of the parcel during delivery process, please contact your local post office for compensations.
l Any Defective and Damaged item reported after 3 days will not accept. Except you have a valid reason. Otherwise we will not responsible for any compensation.
l Please provide strong evidence using Photos or Videos to demonstrate how the item is Defective or Damaged and send to customerservice@toyeast.com as our reference.
l Upon starting customer service case for a Defective or Damaged item, we will check if your item is covered under our in-house warranty, or by the manufacture/supplier. Warranty steps and standard will vary accordingly. The final decision of Return/Replacement is made by the manufacture/supplier according to warranty.
l Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in the warranty. All wearable parts (i.e. bumper, tires or motor) are also not covered in this warranty.
l If any compensation or replacements are needed, the return item must be well-packed in its original packing. Upon receipt of returned parcel, we will resend the item or refund accordingly.
l We will not be responsible if the return parcel was damaged or lost during delivery. If the item is lost or damaged in shipping we cannot be held responsible so please purchase insurance for the return parcel.
