 Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
  A: Yes! Our shipping charges are calculated by total weight of all items purchased. If you are interested in purchasing more than one of any item, you may use the shipping calculator on that item's auction page to enter the quantity you are interested in, along with your zip code to receive a price quote.
 Q: Do you accept money orders or checks?
  A: Unfortunately we only accept payment through Paypal at this time. You may contact Paypal to set up your checking account with them if you wish to pay with a check. We apologize for any inconvenience.
 Q: What is included in the auction?
  A: All auction contents are listed within the auction description. Please review the auction description for the product you are interested in to determine what all is included.
 Q: How do I get a replacement for a defective item?
  A: You must contact the manufacturer if you feel you have received a defective product. The manufacturer will troubleshoot your product and give you a record/issue number for your case. After you've received this number and emailed it to us, we will verify your case with the manufacturer. Once we've confirmed defect, we will send a tested replacement.
 Q: How do I get a refund for a defective item?
  A: You must contact the manufacturer if you feel you have received a defective product. The manufacturer will troubleshoot your product and give you a record/issue number for your case. After you've received this number and emailed it to us, we will verify your case with the manufacturer. Once we've confirmed defect, we will issue a refund.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Toygroove business operations are from Monday-Friday. UPS does not pickup or deliver from us on the weekends, and we do not process orders or respond to requests on the weekends. Any requests or winning auctions that occur on a Friday may not be handled until the following Monday (or next business day).
 Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
  A: Currently Toygroove can only accept payments through Paypal. We do not accept money orders. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase!

  A: Currently Toygroove only ships to locations within the US. We apologize for the inconvenience.
