Why is shipping higher on combined items?

Shipping cost is based on customer location and items weight. A 50 cent charge is added per each additional purchase combined. We also add a $1.00 handling fee per invoice to cover packing materials costs. We ship two times per day, 10 AM and 5PM. Most international packages ship on the 5PM delivery time.

Are the electronic parts new?

We only sell new electronic parts and also NEW OLD STOCK. Meaning they are new, never used but were over stock items on our warehouse. We do not post used or questionable products on our store.

Have the new electronic parts being tested?

All our (New Old Stock) parts are new and acquired directly from the manufacturer. We do not re-test each part to see if it works. They are new never used.

What happens if I buy a New part and is faulty?

Rare! but it could happen. Email us and let us know the problem. Return the merchandize, and we will replace or refund your money.

What type of payment do you accept?

• All payments are taken through Paypal.
• Buyers who do not have Paypal accounts, will get an invoice through email where you can pay with any mayor credit card. This will be processed through Paypal, but the buyers is not required to have a paypal account. Paypal may still require for the buyers to give name and adress information for your security.

Why do you ship through US Postal Services only?

We have found over the years that USPS has provided a more cost effective shipping rate and safety with our merchandise. 

Who do you sell to?

We sell to customers all over the world; they can be any one from individuals, students, hobbyists, engineers, technicians, manufacturers, US government entities, ebay resellers, and more.

What about return buyers?

Return buyers are special customers. These customers sign-up to our ebay newsletter, and they recieve added benefits. Customers who are registered to our newsletter will get first notice of upcoming liquidation sales, and specials, plus added information benefits.

Is your warehouse open to the public?

We are no longer open to the public, we sell through eBay, our own websites, and our own off-line established customers.

Why do I get more then one email from you?

This is an automatic generated email by eBay's Manager Pro Services. You will get notified every step of the way in the process. One email when payment is recieved, when items are shipped, reminding you to leave feedback, and so forth.

Why give Ebay Store rewards?

Buyers get to save a percentage when they op-to asset emails sent by MyStoreRewards.com. This providor is out side of our ebay store.

We hope folks continue to register to our newsletter, its a way of us keeping you informed on upcoming changes, promotions and or sales. This is in addition to the my store rewards services. The folks registered to the newsletter will get rewards by getting information in regards to up-coming specials or process changes.
