Buyer pays all shipping costs unless otherwise described. Items will ship within 12-48 hrs after payment is received, and has cleared. We combine items for shipping. We charge 50 cents USD per each additional combined purchased. All packages are insured by us, its our way to say "Thank you for your purchase". If package does not arrive your destination, we will have to make a claim with the post-master and therefore will require to give them your address and phone number, for them to track the package, We will then refund your money.
We ship all packages within 12 hours after payment has been recieved and has cleared. |

Customer agrees that using or selling Products for use in such applications is done at its own risk, and agrees that Tracktronics and the manufacturer of the Products are not liable for any claim or damage arising from such use. Tracktronics Technologies shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of Tracktronics Technologies sale of merchandise, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause. Tracktronics Technologie's liability shall be limited to the replacement, or refunds of defective products only. |
