We did not cause this as it was damaged by the shipper, so we should have not gotten a negative. Also, you have to do a return through eBay, we then issue a return label, once received, you get a refund.

We have sold thousands of these with no problems, but it stripped exactly the same place his old one broke off indicating he did not use a torque wrench and it was overtightened like his previous one was.
