
Every item you purchase from TradePort
Direct is
covered under TradePort Direct's 14-day limited warranty against defects.
TradePort Direct's 14-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that
provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of
merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the
manufacturer or TradePort Direct. Merchandise confirmed as defective by the
product manufacturer or TradePort Direct will either be exchanged or repaired
at our sole discretion within the first 14 days of ownership only. After
14 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect
(if applicable). Terms and conditions may vary by product or
manufacturer.
TradePort Direct will accept returns for the
following reasons:
- Item did not arrive as described in product
listing
- The wrong item was shipped to you or the item
was damaged in shipment
- Item arrived DOA (dead on arrival) unless
otherwise stated in item description
Product Return:
Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours
of receipt of shipment. We allow 14 days from the date of purchase in
which to notify us of receipt of DOA product. All returns must have an
RMA number before they are returned to us. If product is received
without an RMA number it will not be processed. An RMA number can be
obtained by e-mailing
shipping@tradeportdirect.com or calling 603-692-2900. After the return
period has expired, please contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer
to resolve any problems with your equipment.
Product
Condition: Items must be
returned in the same condition as shipped from TradePort Direct. Items returned
in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer
without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of
TradePort Direct.
Shipping:
We must receive the returned item within 10 days of issuing the RMA, or
we will cancel the RMA and refuse the return. Include a copy of your
invoice in the box including RMA number, customer name, address, phone
number and a brief description of why the item is being returned. Print
the RMA number on at least one (1) side of the package. Packages without
a visible RMA number will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for
shipping and handling charges incurred during item return. Use the most
convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For products returned in
accordance with this policy, your replacement item will be shipped out
within 48 hours from the date we receive the merchandise. If the
returned item is not in stock, the customer has the following options:
- Customer can wait until product becomes
available
- Customer can replace with another product of
similar or equal value
- Customer can replace with another product of
greater value for an additional cost
- Customer can request a credit towards a future
TradePort Direct purchase
Terms and
Conditions: Understanding and adhering
to the following terms and conditions will ensure that the return
process is completed in a timely and amicable manner.
- For product returned outside of the TradePort
Direct Return Policy, a 25% restock fee will be assessed on a per-item basis
- All non-product related fees (shipping,
handling, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are
non-refundable

If negative feedback is left for
TradePort Direct during the return process, we will cancel the return and
consider the transaction complete
- Please know that TradePort Direct scans and logs the
serial numbers of all outbound merchandise. Any returned items will
have their serial number matched against that of the original item
shipped to the customer. Fraudulent claims will immediately be
reported to the appropriate authorities.
