Terms of Sale, Shipping and Return Policy Are:

1. Winning bidder or buyer must contact Trail Explorers.com within three days of close of auction with shipping address and payment preference.
2. Payment Methods Accepted are: Pay Pal Money Orders or Cashiers checks, (Personal Checks pre approved Only! "any checks sent without pre approval will be returned and sale will be canceled") mailed in.
3. Payments must be received within 7 days of close of Auction.
4. Items usually ship within 72 weekday hours of successful payment normally less, I ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday. to allow all winning bidders and buyers the opportunity not to miss the shipping times during the week we sometimes ship Saturday.
5. All Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable.
6. All Sales of Paper Products (including folded maps) and used Software and books are final no returns.
7. Regarding sales of new Software, it can be returned if the following guidelines are met. Software must be unopened in original box with factory seal intact, in original condition, for a full refund of the Price Shipping is non refundable.
8. Opened Returned Software will be charged a 20% Restock fee and return, Postage is the responsibility of the returning party.
9. Tools and miscellaneous items not discussed above must be returned in original undamaged packaging and will incur a 15% restock fee!
10. All returns must be authorized by e-mailing returns@trailexplorers.com an Return Authorization "RA" # will be delivered via e-mail and must be written on the outside of the box or it will be refused.

Times vary on Location from zip code 98501, APO and FPO Addresses are not tracked these times may be different, Holiday Ship times are significantly longer please adjust accordingly.

• First Class Mail  Averages 3 Days can vary from 2- 8 Days Delivery times are not Guaranteed
• Priority Mail Averages 2 Days can vary from 2 - 5 days Delivery times are not Guaranteed
• Express Mail  Averages 1.5 days can be from 1-2 days this Service does qualify for Guarantee if beyond 2 days.
• USPS Items are not trackable with "Delivery Confirmation" numbers
• All UPS services are guaranteed services and trackable please see your tracking number for scheduled delivery dates

If your item does not arrive within 15 days from date of shipment notification please contact us and we will help you track it down.

International Services:

Delivery times are subject to customs regulations of destination country and may delay items for extended periods. Customs duties and fees may be applicable.

Delivery times to International Destinations can be delayed up to thirty days to some countries and forty five to others. If after 30 days you do not receive your item please contact us so we can help you find your item. Most delays are caused by Customs and can be resolved by contacting them directly or your local post carrier. the 30 days is a standard set by the USPS for all international lost package criteria, some countries such as Italy have 45 day waits before items can be declared as missing.
