Our Warranty Program lets you put our products to the test. For home & garden products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees); in addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase. For designer clothes & accessories, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it in the original condition (for example, with the original price tag) within 7 days and pay 30% re-stocking fee and the round-trip shipping costs. Please inspect the product carefully as soon as you receive your shipment.

All orders received Monday through Thursday by midnight are shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. There are a few exceptional shipments that we ship within 48 - 72 hours if it requires extensive handling time (i.e. a large shipment of a few dining sets or a few thousand deck tiles). Weekend orders are shipped on the following Monday. We accept Payment via PayPal at our eBay store.
