picture showed “vibrant blue” item, but it was actually a somewhat faded blue. I understand it was a used item but picture didn’t really reflect that usage. the item is a cute design item was packaged in a small bag making it difficult to get it out without cutting the item. seller was prompt in shipping seller was very fair in the shipping cost which was appreciated for their honesty. overall I would rate the experience as a B transaction

I had zero communication with this buyer even after multiple attempts. I'm sorry you cut your shirt. Please don't ever use scissors to open a package containing clothing. I ship 99% of my clothing in the same poly mailer with zero issues. Had it truly been the color there would be no reason not to return it as I offer free returns.
