Payments & Refunds
PayPal is the only form of payment that we except online. We can accept credit card payments (VISA & MasterCard) over the phone, please contact us for further information if you wish to pay directly with a credit card.
For auctions, payment is expected within three calendar days of the close of the auction.
For buy it now items, payment is expected within three calendar days of the commit to buy.
Please note that on the fourth calendar day, if no payment has been received, it will be turned over to the Resolution Center. This processed is automated, if there is a reason that you will not be able to pay within 3 business days, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements.
Failure to pay for an item will result in losing the privilege to bid on any of our future auctions.
eChecks issued through PayPal that have a future clearing date are exempt from this policy, since they often take four to five days to post. Please be aware that eCheck payments will not ship until the payment has cleared PayPal.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase.
Please be aware we are under no obligation to accept returns, this is a privilege, not a right. Inappropriate behavior, language or threats will result in a suspension of this privilege and be reported to eBay.
In the event we do accept a return and/or issue a refund there are a few guidelines that we require you follow in order for your return/refund be processed. They are:
· You MUST obtain authorization to return an item. The authorization will be emailed to you and should be printed and included with the item.
· All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were shipped to you. If you fail to package an item well and it is damaged in transit, we will not be able to issue you a refund. A refund for a returned item will not be issued until the item has been received and it is verified that it is in its original condition.
· All requests for returns/refunds must be initiated within the 14 day time frame.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs. Shipping fees are non refundable.
In the event your item is damaged in transit while making its way to you, we will require photos of the damage for a claim. All photos should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email should include not only the attached photos, but the package tracking number, the eBay item number and the receipt number.
You should be aware that it is the buyers responsibility to file claims with the shipping company, not the sellers. If you find that your item has been damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first.
Please note that this policy is not all inclusive, there may be situations that are not covered on this page. In those cases, we will make a determination as to the best course of action.
