IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 4 business days after they are processed and should arrive 1 to 9 days later (depending on the destination, holidays, etc). Insurance is included (exception is Self Defense & Security Products - we ship them the next business day; some items shipped uninsured). Lower 48 States' shipments (additional payment for HI, AK, PR - contact us for a shipping cost). We do not ship to APO addresses.

Please, provide your physical address as most items can be shipped ONLY via UPS and they DO NOT deliver to PO boxes. We do Combine Shipping. To receive the discounted shipping, please WAIT for a combined invoice from us before making your payment. NOTE: We cannot Combine Shipping if items are located in different warehouses (look for an item location in the description).

The combined shipping charges: you pay a highest shipping cost for a 1st item and $2.90 (Jim Shore, Kitchen Fairies and other Enesco products), or $3.99 (other items) for an each additional one (please, note: Exceptions are heavy items). Some orders may qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

If you need your order to be processed ASAP (it will be shipped the next business day), you can order an Expedited Processing (price: $5.00). Please, let us know that you'd like to use this service before you paid for your order.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described in our store. If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee, contact us immediately and we will solve the issue ASAP.

Returns cannot be accepted after 5 business days. All damaged goods, and defects are to be reported to us within five (5) business days after your shipment was received. You'll receive a replacement/refund for a damaged/defective item (you'll have to email us a picture of the damaged item). Any refused item must be returned in it's original packaging and must be in unused condition. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable.

We do not refund the shipping and handling charge in the event of a refused item(s) + we charge a restocking fee as 20% (it's not applying for damaged and defective items). NOTE: All items are in stock at the time of listing. On occasion, the supplier may run out of stock. You have the option of waiting for the item to return to stock, getting a refund or, substituting an item of equal value.
