| A:Yes, we can send multiple items purchased together in one box and we give shipping fee discount(s) when you send payment in one transaction. |
| Q:Why do you ask for my telephone number? |

| A:You need to provide your telephone number because it is required by the courier and for International shipments. And please do not be anxious to give your telephone number as it would only be used for shipment and delivery purposes and nothing else. |

| A:Yes, we send our artworks internationally. And we apply additional shipping fee on the following countries: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other Islands, Canery Island, Iceland, and Spain Islands, European Country Islands f.e. Corsica for France, Sylt for Germany. |
| Q:Do you do custom paintings? |

| A:Yes, we do custom painting. You can send us your desired photo that you want our Artist to copy.Then we will send you some photos when the painting is finished and when the custom painting is ok, we will put it on eBay with the Buy It Now option with the price that we have discussed. |
| Q:Are your Artworks Original and 100% Handpainted? |

| A:Yes, our artworks are all original and 100% hand-made by our internationally known artists. And we send Certificate of Authenticity along with the item. |
| Q:Are the paintings signed by the Artists? |

| A:Yes, our Artists sign their Artworks before we ship the item. The Artworks are signed before shipping and not after drying since we still need to furnish the item before shipping. |
| Q:Which courier do you use for the shipment and how long does it take to deliver the item? |

| A:We ship our artworks through DHL courier and delivery time will take 5-14 days. |

| A:Stretched Canvas therefore means that the artwork is already stretched and mounted on a wooden frame. |

| A:Yes, all our Stretched Artworks are ready to hang since we do Professional Gallery Wrap Style stretching service, that is the sides are and the staples are placed at the back of the wooden frame.
Our stretcher bars are made from the high quality and finest wood materials used by large gallery and not Asian firewood. |
