The seller was great but the USPS let us all down. The package arrived with one corner badly torn and mangled-probably from a sorting machine. Unfortunately the sweater was punctured in two spots. It’s such a nice sweater that I decided to mend it. I’ll wear it, but would caution sending packages in plastic bags-especially when they’re wrapped tightly around an item. I would definitely buy from the seller again-it was not their fault.
