We will keep you informed of your transaction every step of the way.  Here's how:

• Winning Bid Notification - First when you win an auction
• Payment Received - To let you know we have received you payment
• Payment Reminder - Incase you forgot to make a payment
• Shipping Notification - We notify you when we ship your order
• Feedback Reminder - If you did not leave feedback

We answer all of our email.  You may have trouble receiving email if you have your
spam blocker on.  If you do not receive a reply please try again.

Shipping Time
We usually ship your order with in 1-3 business day.  However we have no control over
the delivery time or delays due to shipping company.  Estimated times of delivery are
listed below.  Thank you for your patience.

Domestic First Class (estimated delivery - varies)
Priority Mail (estimated delivery 1-3 days)
Priority Mail International (estimated delivery 6 - 10 days)
International First Class (estimated delivery - varies)

Shipped via UPS
Ground (1-6 days)

Shipping and handling charges

US Shipping Information:
Please see the shipping and handling charge in the item listing, as it may differ from item to item.

• FREE shipping applies to each additional lot of sunglasses only (assorted lots are excluded),
  there is a small shipping charge for the First dozen sunglasses.  US orders only.

If you are purchasing different lots please email us, so we can combine your invoice and adjust the
shipping charge (or you may not receive FREE shipping on your additional lots).  The highest
shipping cost will apply, the cost for each additional lot will be FREE.
 

International Shipping Information:
We may make exceptions for international orders at our discretion (Sorry free shipping does not
 apply to international orders).  Please contact us, so we may allow you to bid.  Estimated delivery
time for international order is 7 - 14 business days.  Please be patience.

  ETA varies, and may take over two weeks for delivery.
• One dozen -  $21.95 USD shipped international priority
• Each additional dozen sunglasses - $5.00 USD  shipped UPS Standard to Canada.
  ETA is 10 - 14 business days.
