Bought Casio DQ-120BT Clock and have issue with functionality. Contacted seller got this exact reply "It was sold as is and “used”. I’m not Walmart." As an eBay seller myself I hate to leave neg but as a seller, this is not how you treat a customer. I am not hard to work with but this is not how you treat a paying customer. Seller did ship the clock quickly and well packed but a used item should be fully functional as stated in the auction condition.

This store is not Walmart the item is sold used and not refurbished. You were given a lower price and you mentioned an "auction" It was not an auction so there you see you are a liar. It was shipped fast and safely you sir are just a scammer out to give negative replies to grow your ego. You are a terrible customer and the reason this selling platform is so horrible to sell on. Maybe your Youtube channel is strugling so horribly you choose to come on here and be crude. Good day.

When I contacted the seller to report that I hadn t received the complete item as advertised in the listing, she called me a scammer and threatened to report me. This is NOT how you do good business! If I thought I d get a refund I d send it back but people like that don t give refunds. Have a nice day!
