A:We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction! Full refund will be issued when the cusotmer's purchase is returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged. Also, please notify us first.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts on multiple purchases. 10% discount will be applied to each invoices of the additional item's total purchase price which is bid price plus shipping charges.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We guarantee fast shipping! Your purchase will be shipped within 1 business day after the payment confirmation. Most of our customers will receive their items within 2 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail for domestic delivery.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Please refer to the each item's description page for more details. Our shipping & handling charges not only include the usual postages, but also handling charges as well as packing materials, bubble-wrap envelope, beautiful gift box, and insurance for your protection.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we charge extra $5 for international handling fee to US shipping charges for Canana delivery, and extra $10 to US shipping charges for worldwide delivery. For additional items, we only charge extra $5 to US shipping charges for international shipping.
Q:Are your items sterling silver?
A:Unless it is titled as sterling silver, they are mostly silver or gold plated.
