Returns & Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied with our products, we will accept your undamaged return in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping will be paid by the purchaser. Exchanges will be granted for a product of equal value.
Glass mosaic order return and damage claims
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide us with the sales invoice number and photographs of the damage. Otherwise, we accept returns minus the associating shipping cost, plus 20% restocking fee, Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to samples. Samples are non refundable

If the new product you are exchanging for is available, we will reply to your email with approval to send the original product back. If for some reason the new product you are exchanging for is not available, we will contact you to discuss further available options.
