We accept Paypal and ship within 10 days of payment. Please do not contact us about broken or damaged items in shipment and expect us to replace them. We pack EXTREMELY well but once the postal service has the package it is up them as to how it is handled. WE URGE you to buy insurance. It is the best protection you have. WE DO NOT issue refunds. Accidents DO sometimes happen in shipment.
