Shipping rates are simple… you are charged the calculated USPS charges by weight to your zip code or country. If you buy 9 items, you are charged actual USPS fees by weight. Never more. I believe in the Golden Rule of treating others as I would like to be treated. I am also a buyer on ebay and I do not inflate shipping charges.
Also for U.S. customers, keep in mind that the USPS offers two Priority flat rate boxes, one for only $9.60 and a larger one for $12.95 (new rates effective May 12, 2008), regardless of weight. Whatever will fit in these boxes, ships for that price. There are two sizes of the boxes that ship for the $9.60 rate and they each hold a lot of items!
The other Priority flat rate box holds even more. It’s a good option when you know you will be purchasing several jewelry items and crystals. A lot of my return customers use this option. If you decide to take advantage of this, just email me and when I combine your items into one invoice, I’ll make sure you receive this option.
International Shipping: International customers must use Paypal when paying for a transaction. We ship anything to any country in Asia or to Italy. This is because too many packages end up "lost" once they reach customs. Also, please do not ask us to make false claims on customs forms on any packages. We will not "gift" your package or change the amount on the customs form.
Terms of Sale: 100% satisfaction guaranteed! Returns are accepted, but must be presented within 14 days in the same condition they were received. Refunds will be given as money back or an exchange of like kind of item. If you feel that the item you have been shipped is grossly misrepresented, you can return it with no questions asked. Item must arrive in the original condition in which it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
