Shipping:

Worldwide

United States:
Shipping within the United States is normally through the USPS Media Mail and that is the rate quoted on all book listings. I will also ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail (if within the weight limits) but I ask you to contact me for a shipping quote for these methods.

International:
I will gladly quote International rates to any country. I normally give the buyer the choice of  USPS Global Priority (if available for their country of residence), USPS Air Mail, or USPS Economy Surface. The one exception to the above is that I will no longer ship Economy Surface to Italy. I will gladly ship Air Mail to Italy. Buyers must realize that, while Economy Surface mail is cheaper, it also can take quite a while to arrive. I am always willing to give a shipping quote to any customer before they bid on an auction or purchase a fixed-price item.

Returns:

I have no set policy on returns because I've found that no single policy can cover all contingencies. When I ship your book I send you an e-mail advising you the book has been shipped and ask you to contact me if there any problems. If you contact me with a problem it WILL be corrected to your satisfaction. I have one negative in over five years of bookselling.
That customer did not contact me beforehand but left me a negative. I still refunded his money even though I've never heard from him since. I stand behind my sales and I think that's more important than having a policy set in stone.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

PayPal, personal checks, money orders. I accept credit card payments through PayPal as well as PayPal e-checks.

Privacy:

At Triple J Books we respect your privacy and want to assure all customers, or potential customers, that for whatever reason you contact us your personal information will remain private. We do not sell or give out e-mail addresses or any other personal information, period.
