Refund Policy: I make every effort to identify the items that I sell as accurately as possible. I will only make a refund if I have grossly misrepresented an item. I will not make a refund because you changed your mind, you didn't read the information in the listing, you didn't like the color, or any reason other than my making a gross error in the listing information. I am only human, and if I missed something, I am truly sorry. I do not intentionally mislead or misrepresent. I am not a collector of much of anything and some things that are important to a collector may go unnoticed by me. Please ask questions before you bid. I check my email frequently throughout the day and night.
If you have a problem, you need to contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue. I am the only person that you are going to deal with during this transaction. No one else answers my email or answers questions concerning my auctions and store listings - just me, so please, give me a chance to fix it if something is wrong.
Feedback: My philosophy is that the transaction is not complete until the customer receives the merchandise and is satisfied. I will only leave feedback when I know that you have received your merchandise and are happy. I know this when you leave feedback after receiving your parcel. I don't like negative and neutral feedback left on a public forum for any reason. I take it very personally. I work hard to make this a pleasant and positive experience.
