Payments are due within 3 days of auctions end by Paypal only. Payments not received within that time period will result in a npb warning thru ebay and a neg feedback. Item will then be relisted and orginal buyer will be blocked from bidding on future auctions.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
