Here is our standard agreement:
- TuNickels is a full-service Trading Assistant; I pick-up from your residence or business; inventory, photograph, research, write the descriptions, list and sell the items on eBay; in addition to all correspondence, I will carefully packing and ship the items to their final destination.
- All items listed for Client/Seller on the inventory sheet will be exclusively available for sale on eBbay, for a minimum 7 day online auction.
- During an auction, all questions from buyers go directly to TuNickels. Every effort is made to answer all questions with 24 hours. Upon request, a copy of questions can be made available to Client/Seller. Any question that cannot be answered by TuNickels will be immediately forwarded to Client/Seller who should also make every effort to answer within 24 hours.
- A listing agreement must be completed and signed before any listings go live on eBay. It is for the sole purpose of determining the what, when, how much, where it will be, and how the monies will be paid prior to any listing.
- Client/Seller will complete a provided Inventory Sheet with all specific details of each item duly noted.

- Insertion fees for a maximum of two listing periods (typically 7 days) and are a part of the Minimum List Fee above. After two listing periods, actual eBay insertion fees will be added to the total, sold or unsold. However, prior to a third listing, the Client/Seller will be consulted for permission to continue, and consideration of a different pricing structure should also be addressed.
- The Minimum List Fee, Final Value Fee and PayPal fees will be deducted from the final sales price prior to calculation of the Sales Commission. Payment to Client/Seller will be paid on a monthly basis and only after an item has sold and the 7-day return period has passed. Should there be any charge backs through PayPal they are the sole responsibility of the Client/Seller.
- TuNickels sells all products "as-is" and, we offer a 7 day return policy in keeping with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Buyers on eBay really need to know all the specifics of any item you are selling as the more information you provide about your item the more successful we'll be at selling.
- Honesty is the cornerstone of both eBay and my business. Misleading, inaccurate or deliberately incomplete descriptions are not acceptable. Any and all defects, damages or flaws will be fully disclosed on the Inventory Sheet as well as the listing, including scratches, repairs, dents or breaks. If possible pictures of any less than perfect disclosures should be recorded to send to potential buyers upon their request, or shown in the auction. Please note that we will not sell fake or non-authentic items (Certificate of Authenticity or actual receipts may be required prior to listing). Thank you and I look forward to working with you.
